Up and running! I like how it design its night light as it glows depending on the ambience brightness.
My cat really loves this!! He is curious about this and try to play with the fountain. So funny!
The pet water fountain came looking fancy. It was really easy to assemble. The fountain kept the water cool and refreshing for my pet. The coolest part about it, is the light that lights up at night so you don't knock it over or you can really just use it as a nightlight. Love the product and definitely recommend.
When my previous water fountain started to vibrate and make a humming noise, I decided it was time for a new one. I tried to find a water fountain that would shut off automatically when the level was low to prevent damage to the motor. I decided to go with the Petlibro for its sleek design and features that other fountains in that price range did not have. I absolutely love that the base it detachable so you can simply lift off actual fountain from the base to clean and refill the fountain. The night light is convenient and cute. I love that I can see the current water level with a green light indicating that everyone is working as it should. I was worried at first that my cat wouldn't be able to notice her new fountain because my precious one had a flower attachment which made water flow more obvious and audible. However, while this fountain is virtually silent, my cat immediately figured out this was her new fountain and has been drinking from it as usual. I wish it came with more than one filter, but for the price you can't really beat it. The auto shut off, night light, quiet flow and detachable base make this the best water fountain I could have found for the price. I hope it lasts me a good while!PS: this has a USB cord, so in case of a power outage, this can be connected to a power bank and will continue to work! If the next one comes with batteries and an app to connect to, I will gladly upgrade :)
We have three cats so we have always used the Drinkwell Platinum fountain... particularly for capacity. However, we finally got fed up after we could no longer keep it clean... even with filters and distilled water. Very hard to get nooks and crevices clean and constantly clogging with hair. Looked at a review for Cat-it and found someone who didn't like that one either and mentioned they bought this Petlibro and loved it.I have to say it is genius. It is super easy to assemble. Quiet! So quiet. Great feature with the night light. Love the fact it has Min-Max level and it is easy to fill and easy to wipe clean. Small footprint. Purchased the fountain and four extra filters for $53 which is a good deal. All three cats took to it immediately.Highly recommend.
I love this fountain! Looks nice and is super quiet. You literally do not hear it. The light that comes on at night is a nice little bonus. It flows and pools much nicer than other brands I've tried. The cats took to it immediately. I'm very happy with this purchase! I also love the future that turn the fountain off when the water gets low. It is so much easier to fill and clean. You just lift it right off the base, no cords to drag around. The longer I have it the more I love it!
After getting tired of constant wiping up water because the cat would bat the dispenser (1st picture) to get "fresh" water, I decided to order this. The item arrived quickly! I was happy that the packaging was neat and the contents were intact. The font of the instructions was a little small, but I was able to read them and were easy to follow. ** IMPORTANT ** Make sure you follow the instructions about soaking the filter for 15 minutes before you use the fountain. I soaked the filter for 30 minutes, then rinsed it under running water for a few minutes to be sure. I have two older cats (14 years old), so I was hesitant to introduce something new to them. The male cat started drinking from the fountain after a couple of minutes trying to figure out what it was (see video). The next day, he wouldn't drink from it. and kept looking at me and the fountain. When I examined the fountain, the water was slightly frothy; probably due to residue from the filter (I used purified drinking water from my water cooler). Once I changed the water, he started drinking again. I haven't seen the female cat (the one who's skittish) drink from the fountain yet, so I'm assuming that she is. I will have to keep an eye out so she doesn't get dehydrated, but a good sign is that she'll eat next to the fountain and she's not bothered by it.I would recommend the product and so far, I'm happy. What I like about the fountain:1. Instructions were easy to follow. The print was small, but they had a diagram!2. Whisper quiet!!! You don't hear anything. You don't hear the motor or the water running. It slowly bubbles and doesn't spill out. (see 2nd picture) No more wiping up water!3. Easy assembly and cleaning. Not a lot of parts to clean or assemble. To refill, lift the bowl, pull out the tray and filter, rinse everything out and fill to the line with water. Match the arrows in the back.4. Reservoir holds a LOT of water. Over 40 ounces.5. Night light is motion-activated and automatically comes on at night. (see 2nd photo)6. Attractive design with long cord.
I have owned a bunch of these different water filters for my cats. They always say that there silent and they never are, in fact they always make quite a bit of noise. This one is actually quiet!! The design, in general, is far superior to its competitors - way more modern and efficient with a much better power system. And I am not the only one who likes it... my cats actually LOVE IT. They were so excited when I plugged it in, and they are drinking water more consistently than ever. Very VERY happy with this purchase.
