We have established a global technical support team. This team is equipped to make sure our servers are maintained 24/7.

• Customer support improvements

We’ve strengthened our customer support processes to ensure faster response times. Additionally, we are in the process of building a live chat feature to provide real-time assistance. We aim to have this available early next year.

As always, our smart feeders and fountains are designed so that your pets will still get their meals and water in the unlikely event of a service disruption. In these cases, your app may not update to reflect a successful feeding or hydration has occurred. We recommend setting a feeding schedule in advance, particularly when you're away from home, to ensure consistent mealtimes.
