Why does the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain base indicate a lack of water when the tank is full, and why isn't it pumping water?

Please complete the fountain weight calibration and follow these two important steps:
  1. Remove the water tank from the black and white tank base first.
  2. Then click to confirm "Weight Calibration" via the Petlibro APP.
  3. Add water to the tank up to the maximum water level line, then place the water tank onto the calibrated base.
