Recurring product subscriptions

• Subscription schedule: At the time of purchase, you may choose to receive products on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly (every 3 months) basis.
• Effective date and delivery: Subscriptions begin on the date you submit your initial order. Subsequent deliveries will occur on or around the same day of each month, following the schedule you've chosen.
• Auto-renewal: Recurring product subscriptions automatically renew according to your chosen schedule ( weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps, or by submitting a request via the contact form.
• Payment authorization: By purchasing a recurring product subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • The initial and subsequent renewal charges will be based on the current subscription rate at the time of billing.
  • Petlibro is authorized to charge your selected payment method periodically (e.g., monthly) without additional consent, until you notify us to cancel the subscription or update your payment details.
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation, including any fees processed after your payment card expires.

Recurring services

• Promotional offers: We may provide trial subscriptions or other promotions for software services to eligible customers. Such offers are subject to their specific terms, these subscription policies, and our general Terms & Conditions, unless stated otherwise in the promotion. Trial users may opt out of converting to a paid subscription at any time before the trial ends.
• Paid subscriptions: You can enroll in a monthly or annual paid plan for Petlibro software services when first setting up your product or at any time during use. Subscriptions continue until canceled by you or Petlibro, remaining active through the end of the current billing period. If you purchase your subscription via Petlibro.com or https://petlibro.app/, your paid subscription will start immediately or on the first day after a trial period (if applicable).
• Auto-renewal authorization: Your Petlibro software services will automatically renew for subsequent terms unless you notify us to cancel or disable auto-renewal before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize Petlibro (without further notice, except as required by law) to charge the current subscription fee and applicable taxes to your stored payment method for each renewal term.
• Billing and payment: Subscription fees are charged on the first day of each billing period. If a payment fails, is returned, or is declined, Petlibro may cancel your subscription unless a new payment method is provided. If a new payment method is successfully charged before cancellation, the renewal cycle will align with the original billing schedule (not the date of the successful charge).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription any time via your account’s cancellation process or by submitting a request through the contact form. Access to Petlibro software services will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
