  1. Disconnect and reconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, turn on the feeder using the original adapter and power cable.

  2. Reset the feeder: Press and hold the increase button for 6s when the feeder is in locked mode to reset the feeder.
  3. New setup and verify the result: Press and hold the Lock button for 3s to unlock the feeder, and set a new current time. Next, wait for over 1 minute to see if the issue will occur again.
  4. Change power: If so, plug in the feeder using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet to verify the result. You can also add three Alkaline dry-cell batteries to see if there is any difference.
