How to Calibrate Your Dockstream 2 Smart Cordless Fountain？

The fountain will operate properly ONLY when calibration is completed successfully.

1. Make sure the fountain is placed on a smooth, flat surface.
2. Enter the connected fountain page, tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap "Calibration".
4. Remove the water tank from the base and ensure nothing is placed on the base.
Note: Please make sure the foam pad between the water tank and the base has been removed.
5. Tap "I've completed all the steps above".
6. Tap "Confirm".
7. Place the water tank back onto the fountain base.
