To resolve this issue, follow these simple steps:

1. Try moving your camera so it's closer to your router. If you are already very close, you don't need to do this. This step is mainly to eliminate possible network signal problems.

2. Resetting the Camera: To reset the camera, first slide the Manual Privacy Cover to the left. Locate the reset button and use a sharp object such as a toothpick or paperclip to press and hold it for 5 seconds. Upon hearing the "Reset Successfully" prompt, wait for the device to restart. Finally, slide the Manual Privacy Cover back to the right until it clicks into the locked position.
