Is it normal that there is ice built up in the refrigeration area of the Polar Wet Food Feeder? How could I clean ice?

Rest assured that this is a normal phenomenon.

After plugging in the feeder and connecting it to the Petlibro app, the feeder refrigerates the wet food to approximately 13°C below the ambient room temperature, ensuring the food stays fresh.

Therefore, if the room temperature falls below 20°C, the core refrigeration area may maintain temperatures low enough to potentially drop below 0°C, leading to the formation of ice in that area.

You can directly use a dry towel or paper towel to clean the affected area after thawing ice out by unplugging the feeder or unbinding the feeder from the Petlibro app. Please rest assured that this occurrence does not impact the functionality of the product or compromise food preservation.
