Service Restored

Petlibro app services have been fully restored and are operating normally. After several hours of monitoring and a full cycle of routine performance, we are confident that the service disruption has been resolved.
Our team will continue reviewing the incident over the coming days to better understand the cause and identify improvements to help prevent similar disruptions in the future.

Last updated: August 12, 2026 — 7PM PT

  • Previously saved schedules continued to run. Feeding schedules, automatic cleaning routines, and other settings saved to your device before the disruption continued to operate locally as scheduled, provided the device was not reset. Some execution results may not have appeared correctly in the app during the disruption.
  • Your device should reconnect automatically. In most cases, no action is required. If your device still appears offline or is not working as expected, please unplug it from power, plug it back in, and allow some time for it to reconnect.
  • Please review settings changed during the disruption. Settings created or modified while service was affected may not have been saved successfully. We recommend checking your schedules and other device settings in the Petlibro app and reconfiguring them if needed.
  • Some activity data may be unavailable. Certain records generated during the disruption may not be recoverable, including some device operation history, feeding or litter box records, notifications, cloud-stored videos, and highlight videos.
