What Can be Done to Fix Non-Functional Buttons on the Essential Feeder?

Disconnect and reconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, turn on the feeder using the original adapter and power cable.
Check the mode: Make sure the feeder is in unlocked mode. If your feeder is in locked mode, please long press the Lock button for 3s to unlock the feeder, then press other buttons to see if they work again.
Change power: If the issue persists, please use another adapter, power cable, or power outlet to power the feeder, then unlock the feeder and press other buttons to verify the result. You can also add 3 Alkaline dry-cell batteries to see if there is any difference.
