The food isn't released at the scheduled time.
1. Disconnect and reconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, power on the feeder using the original adapter and power cable.
2. Reset the feeder: Hold the Up button for 6s when the feeder is in locked mode to reset the feeder.
3. New setup and verify the result: Unlock the feeder, set up a new current time and three new meal schedules for the following three minutes, and three portions for each meal to see if the feeder will release food at the scheduled feeding time.

4. Change power: If the issue occurs again, please power on the feeder using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet to further troubleshoot the issue. You can also add three Alkaline dry-cell batteries to see if there is any difference.
The amount of food released is incorrect.
1. Disconnect and reconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, turn on the feeder using the original adapter and power cable.
2. Check the kibble: Confirm whether the kibble size is within 2-10mm/0.07-0.4 inches in diameter, and food is dry.
3. Clean up the feeder: Empty the food tank and clean up the stuck kibbles in the machine (including in the rotor and food outlet).
4. Test the rotor: Add some food up to the height of the rotor. Then try to manually feed 1 portion of food 3 times (make sure the feeder is in unlocked mode) to check if the rotor rotates normally.
5. Scheduled feeding test: If the rotor works, add more food and set up 3 new meal schedules, 3 portions for each meal to see if the feeder dispenses food successfully.
6. Change power: If the rotor doesn't work, turn on the feeder by using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet to verify the results. You can also add three Alkaline dry-cell batteries to see if there is any difference.
