What should I do if the Polar Wet Food Feeder cannot be turned on?

If the Polar Wet Food Feeder cannot be turned on, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot:

 

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries for more than 5 minutes.

2. Connect power: Plug in the feeder and hold the reset button next to the power port for 3 seconds to see if the indicator lights up.

3. Change power outlet: If the indicator doesn't light up, please plug the feeder into another power outlet to see if the feeder works.

4. Add batteries: Add 3 new AA batteries to see if there is any difference.
