A. Troubleshooting frequent connection loss and flashing red light:

3. Reset the feeder and reconnect it to observe if the red light stops flashing.

4. Try using a different adapter and power cable, plug the feeder into another power outlet, or solely rely on the battery to power it up.

5. Repeat step 3 to verify the results.

 

B. Troubleshooting the issue of red light flashes or stays solid all the time (or an "Unit Exception" error):

1. Disconnect all power sources from the feeder.

2. Remove the food container and clean the area around the motor.

3. Reinstall the food container, and power on the feeder using the adapter and power cable.

4. Reset and reconnect the feeder, and create 3 meal plans with 3 portions each to assess if the problem is resolved.
