Why is the front compartment with the black plastic area not as cool as the other compartments? Polar Wet Food Feeder

The refrigeration module is placed inside the inner position of the feeder, as depicted in the image below.

 


This design helps to gradually thaw the wet food to near room temperature in the front compartment, enhancing your pet's eating experience. Consequently, the refrigeration effect may be less intense in the front compartment shown in the picture below.


However, please be assured that the feeder rotates the food bowl counterclockwise every 30 minutes once you save the settings of meal schedules, ensuring that each section benefits from the great refrigeration effect.
