Q: Can the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain read microchips or be used with other RFID tags?
A: The RFID reader only works with the Petlibro RFID collar tag, not microchips or tags from other brands.
Q: I already have the One RFID Feeder, can the collar tag also be used for the RFID fountain?
A: Yes, the same collar tag can be used with both the One RFID Feeder and the RFID fountain.
Q: Does the splash guard on the water fountain need to be installed?
A: Yes, this splash guard is designed so that pets can only drink from the fountain one at a time, ensuring that hydration tracking is accurate.
Q: Can this water fountain connect to 5G networks?
A: No. This water fountain only supports 2.4G connections for the time being.
Q: What's the best way to place multiple Dockstream RFID Smart Fountains?
A: With each RFID fountain placed at least 8 inches apart from one another. Moreover, any RFID fountain should also be positioned at least 8 inches away from any One RFID Feeders for optimal performance.
Q: If I purchase 2 or more Dockstream RFID Smart Fountains, will my pet’s water intake data be recorded together?
A: Yes. After ensuring that the same collar tag is bound to different Dockstream RFID Smart Fountains, the data of cats wearing this collar tag drinking water at different fountains will be recorded in the same app under different devices.
1. The filters must be replaced every 2 weeks.
2. The pump and fountain should be cleaned every 2 weeks.
3. To extend the life of pump, please add water before starting the machine.
4. Do not immerse the base in water at any time as it may damage electronic components.
