Q: Will feeding continue as scheduled if the Wi-Fi disconnects?
A: If a feeding plan is set, the feeder will continue to follow it even without Wi-Fi. However, the feeding log will not update in the app, and the status will display as unknown.
Q: Why does my network keep disconnecting?
A: Our product only supports 2.4GHz network connections. If you have a dual-band network (2.4GHz/5GHz), we suggest setting different passwords for each band to prevent connectivity issues due to network hopping.
Q: Why is my feeding schedule not repeating?
A: Please check if the 'repeat' option is enabled for your feeding schedule. Without this, the feeding will occur only once. When the 'repeat' option is set, the feeder will dispense the food at the date and time you specified.
Q: Why is the battery life of my feeder relatively short?
A: To maximize battery life, keep the feeder and router within 10 meters with no walls between them, use recommended food sizes, and set separate passwords for 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks to prevent connection issues.
Q: What is the minimum amount of food that can be dispensed?
A: The minimum amount dispensed per meal is 1/24 cup (10ml), weighing approximately 5g, and the maximum is 16/24 cup (160ml), or about 80g. The actual amount may vary depending on the size, type, and density of the food particles.
Q: What is your return policy for software services?
A: If you aren't fully satisfied with a software service, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
