How can I add an RFID tag to the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain?

To add your pet's collar tag, you can choose from two methods: sensor-based pairing or scanning the QR code on the tag.

For sensor-based pairing, please place the collar tag within the sensor range of the water fountain’s tank base:

Horizontal distance: 2.36 inches (6 cm)
Vertical distance: 9.45 inches (24 cm)
