1. Open the subscription confirmation email and click on the "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" link to access your account.

 

If you can't find your subscription confirmation email, you can also access your subscription management page from your most recent Upcoming Charge notification email by clicking "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION."

 

2. Locate and select the specific subscription you wish to cancel, then click "Manage this subscription."

 

 

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel subscription."

 

 

4. Select a cancellation reason, then click "Next."

 

 

5. If a discount offer is displayed, click "No thanks – cancel subscription" to continue.

 

 

6. (Optional) Enter your feedback, then click "Confirm cancellation."

 

 

7. Your subscription has been successfully cancelled only when you see the confirmation message:

"We have cancelled your subscription."

 

 

If you do not see this confirmation page, your subscription has not been successfully cancelled.
