How Do I Manage Notification Settings for My Dockstream 2 Smart Fountain?

If you're not receiving notifications from your Petlibro device, please follow these steps to ensure all relevant settings are enabled:
 
In-App Device Notification Settings
 
  1. Open the Petlibro App.
  2. Tap your connected fountain to enter the device page.
  3. Tap the gear icon (top right) to enter settings.
  4. Select "Notifications", then turn on "All Notifications" and any specific alerts you need (e.g., Pet Hydration, Low Water Levels, Filter Replacement Reminder).
 
 
App Account Notification Settings
 
  1. On the app's homepage, tap "Me" at the bottom.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right to enter account settings.
  3. Select "Notifications" and choose "System Notifications" to enter your phone’s system settings(The path may vary by model). Please also ensure notifications are enabled and that "Do Not Disturb mode" is turned off.
  4. Ensure both "APP Notifications" and "Device Related Notifications" are enabled.
