What Should I Do if My Dockstream 2 Smart Fountain Shows a Low Water Indicator Despite the Tank Being Full, and Why Is It Not Pumping Water/Pumping Intermittently?


Please ensure to complete the calibration steps after connecting to the WiFi, and follow the following important steps to recalibrate:

  1. Long-press the connected water fountain and unbind the device.
  2. Then, please reset the water fountain and reconnect it to the APP.
  3. Start the Calibration Steps:
- Follow the animation in the app and remove the water tank from the base.
- Make sure the base is on a flat, stable surface and remove all the items from the base.
- Tap “I have completed all the steps above”, then tap “CONFIRM” to finish calibration.
