How do I unlock the Granary Smart Feeder?

1. If Child Lock is NOT enabled in the app

 

You can unlock the control panel directly on the device.

 

Steps:

  1. Press and hold the Unlock button for 5 seconds.
  2. The device will emit a reminder sound: “Buttons unlocked.”
  3. The control panel will now be usable.

Notes:

  • The control buttons and screen will automatically lock after 30 seconds of inactivity.
  • When the control panel is locked, the lock indicator light will be on.
  • When the control panel is unlocked, the lock indicator light will be off.

 


2. If Child Lock IS enabled in the app and the device is offline

 

If the device is not connected to the app, the buttons cannot be unlocked normally. In this case, you will need to reset the device to factory settings using the reset gesture below.

 

Reset Gesture Steps:

  1. Press and hold the far-left Unlock button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep.
  2. Within the next 3 seconds, press and hold the far-right Reset button for another 3 seconds.
  3. During this process, do not press any other buttons.

If the sequence is completed correctly, the device will reset to factory settings. After the reset, you can add the device back to the Petlibro app and set it up again.

 

Additional Tip

Make sure no other buttons are pressed during the reset sequence, otherwise the reset will not be triggered.
