How Do I Update the Shipping Address for My Accessory Subscription?

If you have an active filter or food desiccant bag subscription, please update the shipping address directly in your subscription portal.

Important: Subscription order addresses must be updated through the subscription portal. Updating only your Shopify default address will not update the shipping address for existing subscription orders.

1. Open your subscription confirmation email and click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" to access your subscription account.

If you can't find your subscription confirmation email, you can also access your subscription management page from your most recent Upcoming Charge notification email by clicking "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION."

2. Go to "Address & payment details", find the address you want to update, and click "Edit."

3. Enter your new shipping address, including Address line 1, City / Town, State / Province, Zip code, and phone number if needed. Then click "Save changes."

After saving, please check that the updated address is shown correctly in your subscription portal. Future subscription orders will be shipped to the updated subscription address.
