How often do I need to replace the filter?

This is a friendly reminder that we recommend replacing the filters and cleaning the pump every 2 weeks if you have only 1 pet. This includes the white filters for the filter tray and the black foam filter for the pump cover.

In addition, we recommend giving the fountain interior a quick wipe once a week while thoroughly cleaning all components with dish soap. If you have more than one pet, please do it more often.
