How to fix a feeder that won't power on?

Follow these steps if your feeder does not turn on after connecting the power adapter or switching to battery mode.
Step 1. Check the power connection
Make sure the power cable is securely connected to the feeder before plugging the adapter into the power outlet. If you're using battery mode, ensure the battery switch is turned ON.
Step 2. Test a different power source
Plug the adapter into a different wall outlet to rule out a power supply issue.
Step 3. Check the power cable
Inspect the power cable and adapter for any visible damage. If available, try another compatible PETLIBRO power cable.
Step 4. Test battery mode
Disconnect the power adapter and power on the feeder using the battery only. If the feeder powers on normally, the issue may be related to the adapter or power supply.
