How to Fix Abnormal Eating Records

Follow these steps if eating records are missing, incorrect, unexpectedly merged, or created when your pet did not eat.

Step 1. Check the feeder placement

Place the feeder on a hard, flat surface. Make sure the bowl does not touch walls, furniture, or other objects.

Step 2. Clean and calibrate the weighing area

Remove food, hair, or foreign objects from the bowl holder, then run Empty Bowl Calibration in the App.

Step 3. Check for bowl movement

Observe whether your pet touches, leans on, licks, or moves the bowl, or whether food is manually added or removed.

Step 4. Confirm the normal recording logic

Very small intake below about 0.6 g may not create a record. If your pet eats again within about 20 seconds, the two eating events may be combined into one record.
