How to fix an incorrect low food alert?

 

Follow these steps if the feeder displays a Low Food notification even though there is enough kibble in the food tank.
Step 1. Check the food level
Confirm that the hopper contains enough kibble and is not overfilled above the MAX line.
Step 2. Clean the food level sensor
Empty the food tank and gently wipe the food level sensor window with a soft, dry cloth to remove food dust or residue.
Step 3. Refill the hopper
Add the kibble back into the hopper and close the lid securely.
Step 4. Test the feeder
Run one manual feeding and check whether the Low Food alert disappears.
Tips:
  • Clean the hopper regularly to prevent food dust from affecting the sensor.
  • Use dry kibble only.
