How to fix incorrect portion dispensing?

 

Follow these steps if the feeder dispenses more or less food than expected.

Step 1. Check the kibble
Different kibble sizes and densities may affect the weight of each portion.
A variation of approximately ±10% is considered normal.
Step 2. Check for food jams
Partial blockages may reduce the amount of food dispensed.
Inspect and clean the dispensing chute if necessary.
Step 3. Verify the feeding schedule
Confirm that the correct number of portions has been configured in the PETLIBRO App.

Tips:
  • Portion size is measured by volume rather than weight.
  • Different brands of kibble may produce slightly different dispensing weights.
