How to Troubleshoot Firmware Update Failures on the Air Smart Feeder?

If your Air Smart Feeder is unable to upgrade the firmware, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Check the Wi-Fi
Ensure that your Wi-Fi operates on only a 2.4 GHz band, as the feeder is compatible with this frequency.

2. Change the Position of the Feeder and Restart Your Router
Place the feeder next to the router to ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Restarting the router can help clear its cache and improve connectivity.

3. Plug in the Power Cord
Make sure the power cord is plugged in. A stable power supply is important for firmware upgrades to proceed correctly.

4. Restart the App
Exit the app and force-stop it on your phone. Afterward, re-enter the app and access the feeder to check if you can update the firmware.

5. Change Wi-Fi
If the firmware still cannot be updated, connect both your phone and the feeder to another 2.4 GHz hotspot to test the results.
