However, please note that feeding records will not be logged during the offline period, but they will be updated once the device reconnects.
To ensure smooth operation during your absence, we recommend setting your feeding schedule, selecting all repeat days, refilling the food tank, and ensuring the power cord is plugged in before you leave home.
15. How often should the desiccant bag be replaced and where can I purchase the food desiccant bag?
It is recommended to replace the desiccant bag every two weeks to keep the food fresh.

The PetCare service is an optional subscription service that is not required to use your feeder. The "Select Pet" option is part of this service, but if you do not wish to subscribe, you can simply skip this option during the setup process.
The essential setup options—such as feeding times and feeding amount—are marked with a red star, and you can proceed with these settings without needing to activate the subscription.
