If your feeder is experiencing rapid battery drain, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

 

1. Perform a Hard Reset
Unplug the power cord and turn off the button on the feeder base for 1 minute. This will help reset the device and refresh the system.

 

2. Relocate the Feeder and Reboot the Router
Move the feeder closer to the router to improve the connection. You may also want to reboot your router to clear any cache and ensure a better connection.

 

3. Reset the Device
Press and hold the reset button next to the charging port for 3 seconds to clear all settings.

 

4. Reconnect the Feeder
Re-connect the feeder to the app and charge it for at least 8 hours. Ensure the device is turned on and connected to the network while charging.

 

5. Monitor Battery Consumption
