How to Resolve Problems When the Air Smart Feeder Does Not Feed as Scheduled?

If you are unable to get your Air Smart Feeder to feed according to the schedule, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

 

1. Confirm Installation and Food Size
Ensure the tank base is correctly installed. Check that the food with sizes ranging from 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in). For reference, please view the attached installation video for guidance on how to install the rotor.

 

2. Update Firmware (if applicable)
We recommend updating the feeder’s firmware to the latest version for optimal performance. If you’ve already updated the firmware, please disregard this step.

 

3. Reset and Reconnect the Device
Perform a reset on the device and reconnect it to the app. After reconnecting, set up a new feeding schedule and check if the issue persists.
