My Capsule Fountain is not working after assembly, what should I do?

There can be several factors behind why your Capsule Water Fountain is not working or has small/unstable/abnormal water output. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Check the adapter/plug. Try the adapter with other devices to check if it works. If the adapter is the issue, replace it. Make sure to add water to the fountain before connecting to the power.

2. Check the water level. The pump function will be affected when the water level is lower than the minimum level; add water to the maximum level.

3. Reassemble the water fountain. Install the pump, water pipe, filter tray, filter, water tray, and spout step-by-step. Pay careful attention to aligning each part properly, and do not squeeze the water pipe.

3. Check the pump. Disassemble the pump to see if anything is stuck or bent, and move the impeller with your fingers to see if it can spin.

Note: Our products will go through multiple rounds of checking and testing before leaving the factory, and a few water pumps may have a miniscule amount of dirt left after the test. If so, please clean the pump before use.
