1. What is the length of the power cable?

The power cable of the Air Automatic Feeder is approximately 1.5 meters in length.

It is a USB to Type-C power cable and is compatible with the provided 5V 1A adapter. 

2. Can the Air Automatic Feeder work solely on the batteries?

The Air Automatic Feeder can operate solely on batteries for approximately 180 days.

We recommend keeping the feeder plugged in using the provided adapter and power cable at all times. Additionally, install three alkaline D batteries as emergency backup power. 

3. How can I buy desiccant bags for the Air Automatic Feeder?

The Air Automatic Feeder does not include a desiccant bag.

If you wish to use one, you can purchase food-grade desiccant bags with dimensions of 0.7 x 1.4 inches for the feeder.

4. What is the dimension of the food bowl?

The top of the metal food bowl bowl diameter: 14.8cm ≈ 5.8in

9. Can I customize different voice recordings for each meal?

The Air Automatic Feeder only supports setting up one voice recording for all meal schedules.

10. Will the Air Automatic Feeder notify me when the food level is low or if there is too much food stuck at the food outlet/rotor?

There are four built-in sensors in the feeder base and food outlet. Once the food level in the feeder is low or there is food stuck at the food outlet/rotor, the feeder will light up the low-food or a warning indicator to remind you to refill the food and clean the food outlet/rotor.

11. What time format does the Air Automatic Feeder's clock use?

The clock on the Granary Automatic Feeder follows a 12-hour time format.

12. Is the Air Automatic Feeder dishwasher safe?

Only the stainless steel bowl of the feeder is dishwasher-safe. You can directly wash the food tank, top lid, food bowl holder, and food tank base with water.

When cleaning the feeder base, please use only a towel to wipe it.
