How to Troubleshoot Reduced or No Food Dispensing on the Air Automatic Feeder?

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries.

2. Clean the feeder: Clean out the food inside the food tank and the rotor, and then add some food up to the height of the rotor. Additionally, please make sure that the kibble is within 2-15 mm.

3. Reconnect power: Plug in the feeder using the original adapter and power cable.

4. Feeding test: Manually release one portion of food to see if the rotor rotates properly. Please repeat this step several times.

5. Scheduled feeding test: Add more food, reset the feeder, set up a new current time and three new meal schedules for the next three minutes, and three portions for each meal to verify the result.

6. Change power: If the issue occurs again, please plug in the feeder using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet to see if the issue is resolved. You can add three new batteries to see if there is any difference.
