The hardware buttons on my feeder are disabled, and the device is offline. I can't enable them or reset the feeder through the app. What should I do?

1. Press and hold the far-left Unlock button for 3 seconds until you hear the beep.

2. Within the next 3 seconds, press and hold the far-right Reset button for another 3 seconds.

3. Ensure that during this entire sequence, the following buttons are not pressed:
  - Feed
  - Microphone

If all conditions are met, the device will reset to factory settings, and then you can add the device to the app again.
