What should I do if I want to replace the WiFi connected to the Polar Wet Food Feeder on the app?

In case you want to replace the WiFi connected to your Polar Wet Food Feeder on the app, please follow the instructions below:

 

1.  Make sure that the new WiFi you are going to connect the feeder to is in the same area as the old WiFi and that the new WiFi operates on only a 2.4G band as well.

2. Enter the WiFi Settings on the app.

3. Click the "Replace WiFi", click the WiFi icon to select the new WiFi, and click Next. Then fill in the new WiFi name and password to start the connection process.
