What should I do if my Dockstream Water Fountain is making a dripping sound?

Firstly, we kindly request that you replace the filter and clean the filter box outlet and the hole to ensure they are not caught in pet hair or food debris. Otherwise, resulting in slow drainage, the water level of the water tray rises, and water drops directly from the higher filter box drain outlet into the water surface, generating noise.

 

Secondly, please make sure that the fountain is placed flat to avoid tilting to cause the liquid level of the water tray to rise in the direction of the water outlet and the falling water to drop directly on the water surface.

 

Thirdly, please make sure the water level is above the minimum level.

 

Lastly, please note the filter box (the circled part in the picture below)  is integrated with the water tray and it is not detachable. The sealing ring is built in at the junction of the filter box and the stainless steel water tray. Therefore, we do not recommend disassembling the filter box. It's recommended to only remove the filter lid and clean the filter box.
