What should I do if the Granary Automatic Feeder can turn on but does not dispense food?
If your Granary Automatic Feeder doesn't dispense food, you can refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Make sure the feeder is powered by the adapter and cord.
2. Please confirm whether the kibble size is within 2-15mm/0.07-0.6inch in diameter. Please make sure the food is dry.
3. Please empty the food tank and clean up any stuck kibbles in the machine (including in the food outlet). Next, remove the tank base to check if the silicone rotor is deformed.
4. Please try to feed manually some food(while the machine is in unlocked status) to check if the motor rotor rotates. If the motor works, please add some food and feed 3 portions manually to see if any kibbles come out.
5. Please check if the feeding schedule is set correctly. Please check if the portion of the schedule is 0.
6. Please check if food is accumulating in the food outlet. Please clean the Anti-Clog Detector with a soft cloth.
