What should I do if the indicator of the Polar Wet Food Feeder doesn't light up?

In case the indicator on the Polar Wet Food Feeder doesn't light up, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot:

 

 

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries for more than 5 minutes.

2. Connect power: Plug in the feeder by using the original charger, then hold the reset button next to the charging port for more than 3 seconds to reset the feeder to see if the indicator lights up.

3. Change power: If the indicator still doesn't light up, plug the feeder into another power outlet to determine the results. You can add 3 new AA batteries to see if there is any difference.
