Why is my feeder offline?

Follow these steps if your feeder appears offline in the PETLIBRO App or cannot communicate with the app.

Step 1. Check the feeder status
Make sure the feeder is powered on and the Wi-Fi indicator is functioning normally. If your feeder is running on battery power, ensure the batteries have sufficient charge.
Step 2. Check your Wi-Fi
Confirm that your home Wi-Fi is working properly and that the feeder is within range of your router.
Step 3. Reset and reconnect the feeder
Unplug the feeder, wait about 30 seconds, then reconnect the power. Next, press and hold the Reset button on the back of the feeder for 3 seconds, then reconnect the feeder to Wi-Fi through the PETLIBRO App.
Step 4. Optimize your Wi-Fi settings
If your home network uses both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands, we recommend separating them and assigning different network names (SSIDs). This allows the feeder to connect to the intended Wi-Fi band and helps prevent connection issues caused by band steering.

Tips
  • A stable Wi-Fi connection is required for remote features.
  • Temporary network interruptions may cause the feeder to appear offline for a short time.
