If your Scout is new, it may need more time to capture pet moments. If you've had Scout for a while and your pet isn't showing up in playback video, here are things you can try to correct it:
1) Check that a pet profile has been created for your pet. Scout only recognizes pets with profiles.
2) Make sure you have a Video Cloud AI subscription and that your subscription has been successfully activated.
