Why is night vision not working?

Follow these steps if the camera does not switch to Night Vision in low-light conditions.

Step 1. Check Night Vision settings

Go to: Device → Settings → Camera Settings → Night Vision

Confirm that Auto Night Vision is enabled. You can actively adjust sensitivity for the function.

Step 2. Reduce surrounding light

Night Vision activates automatically in darker environments.

Step 3. Clean the camera

Dust or fingerprints on the lens may affect image quality.

Tips

Night Vision switches automatically based on ambient lighting.
No manual activation is required when Auto mode is enabled.
