Q: Will Luma's odor control system keep working the way it does when it's new?
A: Luma’s deodorization system is designed to last. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the carbon deodorizer every three months—or as needed.
Q: How often should I replace the carbon deodorizer?
A: If you set Luma to deodorize automatically, your carbon deodorizer should last about 3 months in a two-cat home. If you set it to deodorize continuously, you'll need to swap it out about once a month. Either way, when it's time for a new one, the red status light on your Luma will let you know. Never want to miss a replacement? Check out our accessory subscription service.
