How To Install The Feeder

Twist the lid counterclockwise to remove it. Pull the notches on both sides outward a little and then up to remove the food tank. -

Place the desiccant bag into the desiccant bag holder under the lid. -

Align the food tank with the notches on both sides of the tank base. -

A: No. The Granary Feeder only works with dry food.
Q: Can this feeder work for larger dogs?
A: This feeder is more suitable for small or medium sized pets, such as small dogs, cats, and rabbits.
Q: How much dry food can it hold?
A: The Granary Feeder can hold 5 liters of dry food.
Q: Will this feeder work with larger kibble sizes?
A: The kibble size applicable to this feeder is 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6in in diameter.
Q: What is the maximum amount of food that can dispense per meal?
A: Up to 50 portions per meal.
Q: How much volume is in each portion?
A: Each portion is about 20ml/10g ≈ 1/12 cup.
Q: How many cups does it dispense a day?
A: 1 portion is 1/12 cup. The feeder can dispense up to 50 servings (4 cups) a meal, and up to 6 meals each day, which makes it a total of 24 cups.
Q: How long will the desiccant bag work?
A: It is recommended to change the desiccant bag every 2 weeks to prevent mold growth.
Q: Can portions be different for different times of feeding?
A: Yes. Each feeding can be a different portion size.
Q: Can pets shake the feeder to get more food out?
A: The dispenser used in our product is fully enclosed, which prevents food from falling, even when the machine is shook.
Q: Can it run on battery power only without the power plug, or is the battery only for backup in case the power goes out?
A: To avoid detrimentally affecting the feeding of your pet in the case of a sudden power outage, only use the batteries as the primary power source during emergencies. When the feeder is only being powered by batteries, the WiFi function,record button and reset button, are all disabled to extend battery life, while meal schedules will be carried out normally.
Q: Are the bowls removable?
A: Yes, they are removable.
Q: What is your return policy for software services?
A: If you aren't fully satisfied with a software service, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
