Think about wet food less
Polar keeps 3 meals chill for 3 days, so you can both chill no matter in early mornings or weekend getaways.
Semiconductor cooling
Meals are gently chilled to preserve flavor and freshness with advanced thermoelectric cooling - no ice packs needed.* Just before serving, cooling is paused for some time so pets can enjoy meals at an ideal temperature.
*Performs optimally at 54°F-86°F.
Designed to last
Give your pet a hygienic and durable bowl made from food-grade stainless steel, perfect for everyday use.
Put wet food out
even if you’re out
even if you’re out
Manage and monitor mealtimes with a few taps. No matter if you're at home or on the go, use the smart app to feed pets manually, repeat feeding plans, and set the feeding duration of meals.
Designed with cats in mind
Extra-wide feeding trays hold up to 6.76oz of wet food, keeping your kitty free from whisker fatigue. Polar's clever PawShield design safely keeps wet food in, and prying paws out.
Engineered for safety
Polar's anti-pinch lid sensor makes sure the lid stays open as long as your pet is enjoying their meal or hanging around, and if they get too close while it’s closing, it’ll instantly stop and pull back.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can dogs use the Dockstream 2 Smart Cordless Fountain?
A: Yes. While it’s primarily designed for cats, it’s also suitable for small dogs. Just remember that it tracks drinking data for one pet at a time. If you want to monitor multiple pets, check out our Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain.
Q: How often should I refill the tank?
A: For all Petlibro fountains, we recommend refilling the water twice a week for one pet and more often for multiple pets. But don’t worry—the app will let you know when it’s time for a refill.
Q: How often should I change the filter?
A: For all Petlibro fountains, we recommend replacing the filter every two weeks for one pet and more often for multiple pets. The app will remind you when it's time for a swap.
Q: Which pets is the Dockstream 2 best for?
A: This next-generation pet fountain was created with dogs and cats in mind.
Q: What temperature does Polar keep food at?
A: In our lab tests, when the room temperature is 25°C (77°F), the Polar Smart Wet Food Feeder can cool food to around 12°C (54°F). This helps slow bacterial growth without freezing the food or affecting its texture. Just before serving, cooling is paused for about 30 minutes so pets can enjoy meals at an ideal temperature.
Q: Can I use the product with raw food?
A: While we understand the appeal of feeding raw food, due to its perishable nature and varying shelf lives, we recommend avoiding its use with the Polar Wet Food Feeder. This ensures the health and safety of your furry friends remains our top priority.
Q: How long can wet food stay in the food bowl? Will it continue to refrigerate food after 72 hours without resetting?
A: The feeder preserves wet food for up to 72 hours. Even after a feeding plan ends, the cooling function remains active to maintain freshness. However, for your pet's health, we recommend cleaning up any leftover food promptly once feeding concludes, especially if you don't plan to use the feeder immediately.
Q: Can I use my HSA/FSA for this product?
Q: What if I’m not able to use HSA/FSA at checkout?
