How to Reconnect an Offline Feeder

Follow these steps if the App shows the feeder offline and it does not reconnect.

Step 1. Check for network changes

Confirm that the home internet is working and check whether the Wi-Fi name, password, router, or feeder location has changed.

Step 2. Move the feeder closer and restart it

Move the feeder closer to the router. Set the battery switch to OFF, unplug the feeder, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect external power.

Step 3. Reset and add the feeder again

If it remains offline, press and hold the Reset button on the front control panel for about 3 seconds. After the feeder restarts, add it again in the App using the current Wi-Fi information.

Step 4. Test a phone hotspot

Try connecting the feeder to a phone hotspot. If both home Wi-Fi and the hotspot fail, submit feedback through the App.
Note: Saved feeding schedules normally continue to run locally while the feeder is offline, but remote App control is unavailable.
