How to Resolve Incomplete Charging of the Air Smart Feeder?

If your Air Smart Feeder cannot fully charge, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check the Power Supply
Ensure that the device is powered using the original power cable and adapter to avoid any issues caused by incompatible accessories.

 

2. Perform a Hard Reset
Toggle the power switch next to the charging port at the bottom of the feeder and press the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the device. This will refresh the device's settings and may resolve any temporary glitches.
