A: The water runs continuously. You have to unplug it to turn it off.

A: Yes, it is high-quality 304 stainless steel.

 

Q: Is this dishwasher safe?

A: Dishwasher Cleaning Inquiry for WF003/006: WF003 is clearly not dishwasher safe, while WF006 can withstand a dishwasher wash at up to 80°C.

 

Q: Is stainless steel material safe for pets?

A: Sure, all test items—Phosphorus (P), Manganese (Mn), Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), and Silicon (Si)—have passed the pet-safe material test.

 

Q: Am I required to use the filter if I already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain?

A: One of the reasons you need the filter is that it keeps the water free of debris and other contaminants, like pet fur and saliva.

 

Q: Is the flowing water or the pump noisy?

A: The pump is not noisy at all, and the flow of water is very gentle so as not to make any splashing noises whatsoever.

 

Q: How do you use the cat fountain properly?

A: For your pet’s health and a longer pump service life, we recommend cleaning the Water Tank, Tray, Foam Filter and Pump at least once a week. If you have multiple pets, please clean the fountain and change the filter more often.
