Troubleshooting the issue of food not dispensing as scheduled on Easy Feed Automatic Feeder

If your Easy Feed Automatic Feeder is not dispensing food properly, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

 

1. Ensure that the feeder is powered by the original power cord and power adapter.
2. Confirm that the kibble size is between 2-15mm (Diameter 2-15mm) and that the food is dry kibble.
3. Empty the food tank and clean the rotor part, the food outlet, and the Anti-Clog Detector (see attached picture for reference).
4. Double press the "Down" button to proceed with a manual feeding test and check if the motor rotor rotates properly.
5. Avoid overfilling the food tank; adding food to the middle of the tank is ideal.
6. Set the current time to 09:00 AM and configure a feeding plan to dispense three portions at 09:03 AM.
7. Observe whether the feeder dispenses food at the scheduled time. If not, check if any abnormal light or error code is displayed.

If the issue persists, please record a video showing the issue clearly for further investigation. You can upload the video to iCloud or Google Drive and share the link with our support team if the video file size is too large.
