What should I do If the buttons on My Easy Feed Automatic Feeder are not working?

If the buttons on your Easy Feed Automatic Feeder are not working properly, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

 

1. Turn off the feeder by switching the power switch at the bottom of the feeder to the "off" position.
2. Remove the batteries, and unplug the feeder. Completely power off the feeder for one day.
3. Turn on the feeder the next day and make sure the feeder is powered by the original power charger to check if the issue persists.
4. Try using a different power cord, power adapter, and power outlet.
5. Long press the Setting Button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode and check whether the buttons work properly.

 

If the issue persists, please record a video showing the issue clearly for further investigation. You can upload the video to iCloud or Google Drive and share the link with our support team if the video file size is too large.
